Youth Job Connection (YJC) program is a year-round employment program for youth 15-29, with hiring incentives for employers.
YJC provides pre-employment training as well as job placement support and mentoring to youth. The program is for youth who are:
15-29 years of age
Eligible to work in Canada and not working
Not attending school full-time
Experiencing barriers to employment and want to connect with employers
