Workplace Injury

If you are injured in the workplace, you must first let your employer know so they can make sure no one else is hurt.  Some people who are injured in the workplace are eligible to claim benefits from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Also see the Occupational Health and Safety as your concern may relate to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
